it may be disabled in your browser. Instructions for enabling strong encryption
in some popular browsers are listed below.
- Internet Explorer: Choose "Internet Options" from the "Tools"
menu. Click the "Advanced" tab and scroll to the bottom of the list of
settings. Make sure "Use SSL 3.0" or "Use TLS 1.0" is checked.
Click "OK" to apply your changes.

Make sure "Enable SSL version 3" is checked. Click "OK" to apply your
changes.
- Firefox: Choose "Options..." from the "Tools" menu
(or "Preferences" from the "Firefox" menu if on MacOS X). Click
the "Advanced" icon. Make sure "Use SSL 3.0" under the "Security"
category is checked. Click "OK" to apply your changes.
