Cost

Registration is $75 per delegate for reservations made by October 10. Late reservations, made after October 10, is $85 per delegate.

The registration fee for each delegate is due with registration.

Meals

Cost includes Monday breakfast through Tuesday lunch with refreshment breaks throughout the day.

Meals outside this time frame can be purchased at the Four Winds or The Palms on the PCC campus.

Campus House

Cost: $84.99–$169.98 per room per night (plus tax) for single or double occupancy.

The 28-room Campus House, located directly adjacent to the campus, is open 365 days a year. Choose the comfort of king- or queen-size beds (all linens provided).

For each room booked, we charge one night’s lodging as a deposit to reserve your room.

The two-night minimum-stay requirement is October 23–24.

If reservations are canceled at least one week in advance, a full refund is available. After that, late cancellations are charged the cost of one night.

If your school has an Abeka account, please make sure it’s current before registering.

Do not make nonrefundable transportation reservations until Clinic reservations have been confirmed by email.

What to Wear


Men

Sessions & Meals
  • Collared shirts and dress pants
  • Please, no shorts or jeans.
Recreational/Sports Center
  • Casual pants, traditional jeans, wind pants (required for rock climbing), or shorts
  • No sweatpants or spandex should be worn.
  • Swimwear should be trunk–style only.


Women

Sessions & Meals
  • Modest knee–length skirts or dresses and modest tops
  • Please no pants, capri pants, short skirts, or sundresses.
Recreational/Sports Center
  • Skirts or loose-fitting walking shorts that are full and to the knee for most activities
  • Wind pants are required for the rock climbing wall and are permitted for ice skating.
  • Swimwear should be modest and cover the midriff.
  • T–shirts must be worn when using the FlowRider.

Important Notes

10 contact hours (one CEU or Continuing Education Unit) may be earned through attendance at Teachers Clinic.

All registrations are subject to approval.

Recording devices are not permitted.

No children in attendance, please.

Prospective college students (Gr. 11–12) are welcome to visit Pensacola Christian College during the Clinic. Arrangements should be made when registering. Please call the Reservation Office at 850-969-1696 for details.
