ProTeach School Streaming provides prerecorded online lessons corresponding with the Abeka curriculum lesson plans and student materials. Online lessons are taught by master teachers and are available for all subjects and grades. If you’re new to ProTeach, sample video lessons are available.

Get Started with ProTeach

  1. Determine how many hours of streaming video lessons your school will need. (We suggest five hours per student per day if using all Abeka.)

  2. Add the number of ProTeach streaming hours needed to your cart by clicking here.
  3. Complete the purchase.
  4. Click on “Manage Streaming Accounts” on the order confirmation page and log in to your school dashboard.
  5. Under “User Permissions,” create individual accounts for your students. This will allow them to view assigned lessons from home or personal devices.
    1. To create individual accounts, select “New User” and enter the student’s name.
    2. Create a unique username and password.
  6. Group users into classes if desired. The following tutorial shows this in more detail.

Do I need to make any changes to my school account to use ProTeach School Streaming?

Not at all! Any school can order supplemental school streaming. (See Get Started with ProTeach.)

How will students and parents know what to do at home?

It is a good idea to establish communication channels within your school where parents and teachers can communicate about daily lesson requirements.

How can I tell if students are actually watching the lessons?

When you access your school’s account dashboard, you can see students’ progress in their assigned classes.

My students’ textbooks don’t match what the school streaming lessons use. Do I have the wrong videos?

We use the latest editions of Abeka textbooks in the videos. Unfortunately, if your students don’t use Abeka textbooks or have older editions, the textbooks will not match.

Does ProTeach School Streaming include the administration of tests and quizzes?

The videos will mention Abeka quizzes and tests, but your school and faculty will need to determine how they are administered and what the students will be graded for. Read Abeka’s official assessment guidelines.
