  • How do I get a catalog?
    You can download a catalog or request a printed catalog.
  • How long should it take for my catalog to arrive?
    Printed catalogs usually arrive 2–3 weeks after the request date. To look at a catalog right now, you can download one.
  • How can I review a description of the books before buying?
    You can find products through the Shop menu or search bar. Once you find the product you want, click on it, and you'll see a product description. Many products also include a look-inside feature so you can get a closer look.
  • Can I see homeschool products in person before buying?
    Dozens of free Materials Displays are held throughout the country. If you go to one, you’ll be able to ask questions, see products up close, and get exclusive discounts. Click to find a Materials Display near you.
  • How long does it take for delivery of an order?
    You can expect your order within 2–3 weeks. All orders within the contiguous United States and Canada are shipped by UPS. When you have an order on its way, you’ll be able to track it from your dashboard.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is FREE for the United States, Protectorates, and Canada. If you’re an international customer, please place your order online or call customer service to determine shipping costs.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
