  • How do I request a catalog?
    You can download a catalog or request a printed catalog.
  • How long should it take for a catalog to arrive?
    Printed catalogs usually arrive 2–3 weeks after the request date. You can download a catalog to avoid this delay.
  • How can I review a description of the books before buying?
    On the online order form, search by SBN, title, category, or grade. Click on the item number for a product description. To view a complete program, view Kits.

  • How long does it take for delivery of an order?
    All orders within the contiguous United States and Canada are shipped by UPS. Once the order is placed, it can be tracked at the A Beka Online Order Tracking page.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is Free for the United States, Protectorates, and Canada. International customers should place orders online or call customer service to determine shipping costs.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • What is your return policy?

  • I’m having problems viewing my account information online. What’s wrong?
    To protect your privacy online, our website requires strong encryption (SSLv3, 128-bit encryption). Your web browser may not support this level of encryption, or it may be disabled in your browser. Instructions for enabling strong encryption in some popular browsers are listed below.
    • Internet Explorer: Choose “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu. Click the“Advanced” tab and scroll to the bottom of the list of settings. Make sure “Use SSL 3.0” or “Use TLS 1.0” is checked. Click “OK” to apply your changes.
    • Firefox: Choose “Options...” from the “Tools” menu (or “Preferences” from the “Firefox” menu if on MacOS X). Click the “Advanced” icon. Make sure “Use SSL 3.0” under the “Security” category is checked. Click “OK” to apply your changes.
