Step 1: Remove the top of the ornament and fill it with a variety of confetti

Step 2: Tear or cut strips of paper

Step 3: Write various phrases or goals for the New Year

Step 4: Roll up or curl paper

Step 5: Put the paper strips into the ornament

Step 6: Replace ornament top and thread a piece of ribbon through the opening

Step 7: Tie the ribbon into a bow
