Steps

1. Print out a blank map of the United States

2. Place your art paper on top of the map printout and trace the outline with black permanent marker

3. Use your Washi tape to decorate and create sections on the traced map

4. Paint the sections of the map with watercolor; allow to dry

5. Cut out the map and glue it to a piece of construction paper
