Ordering and Returns
Questions About What to Order
Our two best resources for questions about what to order to meet your needs is the Catalog and the Scope and Sequence. You can download the full PDF Catalog or select your child’s grade to see options. Each year, we upload a new PDF version for the coming year.
To learn more about what concepts and skills you’ll be teaching and when, referencing the Abeka Scope and Sequence will be helpful. If you still have questions once you’ve checked the Catalog and our Scope and Sequence, give our customer service a call at 1-877-223-5226.
Questions About An Order
Whether you’re emailing, messaging on social media, or calling in, it’s always helpful to provide the customer service agent on the other end with a combination of these things:
- The student account number.
- Two forms of contact data, such as email, phone, or address.
As much information as you can provide up-front will help cut down on the time it takes to answer your questions. And that means more time for the list of things you know you need to get done today! Here’s the number for the customer service line: 1-877-223-5226
International Orders (Outside of the U.S. and Canada)
For our international customers, there are some differences in regards to shipping and fees. For a full account of what’s available to you, read through this page on our website. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 850-478-8933.
Returning a Book Order or Standardized Tests

- To receive a full refund, return your items within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If you make your return within 31–60 days of the invoice date, you’ll receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
- If you make your return within 61–90 days of the invoice date, you’ll receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
