Questions About An Order
Whether you’re emailing, messaging on social media, or calling in, it’s always helpful to provide the customer service agent on the other end with a combination of these things:

Returning a Book Order or Standardized Tests
You can return unused items in new condition (completely undamaged with no signs of shelf wear, scuffs, marks, tears, stickers, highlighting, bent pages, etc.).
- To receive a full refund, return your items within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If you make your return within 31–60 days of the invoice date, you’ll receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
- If you make your return within 61–90 days of the invoice date, you’ll receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What can’t I return?
A: Any non-returnable items sent to us will be discarded, so please take note of the details below. Returns aren’t accepted on any items 90 days or more past the invoice date. Parts of discounted kits (e.g., a parent kit, student kit, or teacher kit) cannot be returned. To receive credit, return all materials from the kit. Any item marked “as long as available” or “earlier publications” cannot be returned. Because of their format, no digital products (books, assessments, teaching aids, or art) can be returned.
Q: How do I return something?
A: It’s simple! Fill out a Return Materials Authorization form (RMA) or call us at 1-877-223-5226 to process it for you. To avoid damage, use packing materials other than newspaper and an appropriately sized box. You may also want to consider insuring your shipment, since Abeka cannot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in return shipments. Send your items to 5414 Rawson Lane, Pensacola, FL 32503 using UPS or motor freight. (Note: You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.)
Q: How and when will I receive my refund after a return?
A: You’ll receive credit for your returned merchandise within four to six weeks from the date received. If you paid by credit or debit card, the amount will be returned to that card. If you paid by check or through a bank draft, you can request to receive your refund by check. Refunds may be requested for account balances greater than $1.00.

Q: How do I cancel?
A: If you must cancel the program, contact the Abeka Office immediately at 1-877-223-5226 for a return authorization and instructions for canceling. After contacting Abeka to cancel, all streaming and digital assessments will be suspended and no additional accredited student work will be evaluated.
Q: When can I cancel?
A: There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Video Enrollments. If you are not completely satisfied, cancel and return all Video Enrollment material, regardless of condition, to Abeka within 30 days from the assigned begin date to receive full credit. Abeka will provide return shipping labels to all customers in the contiguous U.S. as part of the 30-day money-back guarantee. If all Video Enrollment material is received between 30 and 60 days of the assigned begin date, regardless of condition, full credit minus a 10% fee will be given. If all Video Enrollment material is received between 60 and 90 days of the assigned begin date, regardless of condition, full credit minus a 25% fee will be given. No credit will be issued for Video Enrollment material received after 90 days from the assigned begin date. The customer is responsible for all program charges and monthly fees until all required Video Enrollment material is returned.
