Let Freedom Ring (Program)

Looking for a patriotic musical for your elementary or junior high students to perform? Let Freedom Ring will not only stir patriotic fervor in the hearts of your audience but also is a means to instill patriotism in the hearts of the performers. Since the majority of the production incorporates songs and poems that are already part of classroom learning within the Abeka curriculum, you will find that a minimum of extra class work and rehearsals is required. Besides patriotic music and poems, this production features quotations from documents associated with important events in our nation’s history, such as The Mayflower Compact, The Declaration of Independence, and more! With gospel verses incorporated throughout the program, your audience members hear that true freedom comes from the Lord.

Perfect for patriotic holidays, such as Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day. Though you can easily involve all of your grade 1–8 students in the production, it is recommended to have at least 30 students. Performance time: approximately 35 mins. Gr. 1–8.
