Step 1: Paint your watercolor paper. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle the salt all around the paper. Once the paint is dry, shake or brush off the salt to reveal the texture.
Step 2: Draw a fish shape onto the dried painted paper.
Step 3: Cut out your fish.
Step 4: Make facial features such as the eye and lips with the scrap watercolor paper or construction paper.
Step 5: Cut out the facial features and glue them to the fish. Draw extra details, such as the sales, on the fish body with a thin black marker.
Step 6: Create your underwater scene – Glue the textured material to the blue construction paper for the ocean floor. Add underwater details, such as plants, to the ocean floor with tissue paper.
Step 7: Glue your fish onto the underwater scene.
